Why I Started ODIN Capital Group

I used to think the path to a secure retirement was more miles and longer hours. Then I realized: hard work without a plan is just motion. My savings were tied to markets I couldn’t control, and my time was slipping away. I needed a better way.

When I discovered apartment investing and commercial real estate, it clicked. These are real assets, built to generate income and grow in value over time. I founded ODIN Capital Group to help people like me; hardworking professionals and retirees; create predictable, hands-off income and build wealth that lasts.

Today, I focus on connecting investors with multifamily, retail, flex industrial, and medical office opportunities in strong U.S. markets, with a commitment to due diligence, trust, and transparency.

Transparency in Fees and Deal Terms

Fees, co-investment structures, and any reimbursements will be clearly disclosed upfront. Odin Capital Group will in fairness reinvesting some portion of their closing or management fees in the deal.

Odin Capital Group will always have more to lose than any it's investors.

Clear Disclosure of Risks

We will be responsible for outlining potential risks, economic assumptions, and how these could impact the investment so investors can make fully informed decisions.

We are brutally honest with are underwriting and assessment of any contractors or third party's that we have to interact with on a deal.

Provide Access to Financials and Past Performance

Odin Capital Group will share quarterly reports, historical profit and loss statements, and track record information to allow investors to gauge their credibility and consistency.
